One of the main priorities for 午夜影院 is to be an employer of choice. 午夜影院 aims to attract, retain, and develop a highly motivated workforce that adheres to 午夜影院 values and achieves excellent outcomes for our students.
Our schools play a crucial role in this goal, and a great example is the work being done at
Hylands School is currently collaborating with , an organisation that supports adults with learning disabilities and autism who aspire to obtain paid employment. The Inclusive Employment programme expands the opportunities available. ECL assists candidates by identifying potential employers, creating resumes, organising and facilitating interviews, providing skills development, offering work experience, and providing on-the-job coaching.
ECL has produced a showcasing Maisie's journey with Hylands School and the School Office.
